ICI operates the only independent potato lab in Southern Alberta.
Information on the status of product pre-harvest and in-storage is incredibly valuable to making clear management decisions both for the producer and the processor.
Our lab incorporates technical tools to gather physical sampling and analysis. This information is helpful on its own. We then forward the data to Techmark labs to provide full analysis in a very quick turn-around time.
We believe in information and evidence to drive on farm decision making.
