Tyler Unser

Tyler began his career in agriculture in 2012 with Crop Production Services in Iron Springs, where he quickly discovered a passion for the industry and the people in it. In 2014, he moved to Medicine Hat to take on a larger sales role, later advancing to site manager. In 2018, Tyler stepped away from management to join his wife’s family farm during its expansion, embracing the hands-on side of the industry. In 2022, he returned to management with Nutrien in Vauxhall, as allergies made farming a challenge. In June 2025, Tyler came full circle, joining ICI at their new site in Iron Springs—the place where his career first began.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and the family dog. He’s also an avid soccer fan.
