Paul is a strategic Business and Operations Leader with over 15 years of experience, driven by a passion for building strong teams and finding innovative ways to grow businesses. His family has a three-generation legacy in farming from South Africa, and in 2020, Paul and his family immigrated to Canada, settling in Elrose, Saskatchewan. He continued this deep-rooted tradition by farming in the area before bringing his unique blend of agricultural knowledge and corporate expertise to his current role at ICI to drive success.
